Getting connected.

George very helpful in getting me connected. Ednah was very helpful on the sales side. I'm so grateful to actually talk to a person who answers the phone promptly after being a Telkom customer for years.

In between that I got a bit lost with the email contact and I don't think I was provided with ISP username and password until I spoke to George on the phone.
