Gem of an ISP

I started with Home Connect 6 years ago and stupidly decided to move to WebAfrica as a ISP. On the 19th December 2022 WebAfrica took over my line and it has been a living nightmare with my internet only working 2 hours a day.

I called Home Connect and asked to move back. Due to WebAfrica not releasing the line the move back to Home Connect took a few days but as from this morning I am back with Home Connect.

I cannot thank Chante, Mali and the entire operations team for taking my copious amount of calls and assisting me through this terrible experience.
