Frustrating Operations but Great Customer Service.

Overall I've had great experiences with Home Connect for the last 2 years. However, for the last week they've been stringing me along regarding activating my line at my new apartment. Finally got connected today but then was not able to get my Router connected and required a new one. However, I was assisted by Keryn van Rooyen who went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to log a request for a new router and FINALLY get connected. Frustrating Operations but Great Customer Service.
