Frustrated, disappointed...on the brink of cancelling

Poor experience...i cannot log into my account to make payment, the reset password option doesn't work...no one from the call centre can help reset the password...was even told at one point i'm not a registered client just because they cant find a solution...then who the hell have i been paying all along!!
