From my initial enquiry all the way through to connection of my WiFi, Home connect have made the process quick and painless. I was relocating to another province and they consistently communicated to me about where in the process we are. I didn't feel 'lost' and knew exactly when, what needed to happen. Delivery of my router was on time and it was an easy plug and play on the pre-configured router. Took me less than 5 minutes and I was up and running on Netflix! I have a 50/50 line and ran a speed test and speeds are what was advised by Home connect. Job well done from start to finish!!! Highly recommended 👍
