Friendly, helpful and kind. I recently had to activate my WiFi and over the phone, and the service I received was excellent. The consultant was incredibly patient and guided me through each step of the process with a positive attitude. He answered all my questions clearly and made what could’ve been a frustrating process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness - it made all the difference.
