For 6 days no wifi provision and no explanation

For 6 days no wifi provision and no explanation. After 6 agents and repeated calls and waiting in the queue I received merely delays adding to my frustration and inconvenience in scheduling meetings. After much concern I eventually got contact with Kigehn who competently and efficiently sorted it out in a short while. 6 days without wifi exposed the ongoing incompetence and service of Home connect. I have repeatedly recommended them to acquaintances but am now disillusioned completely. Serious review of practices are indicated. Perhaps compensation of pro-rata service fees of the 6 days is at least indicated
