First impression lasts longer

As a customer service consultant I highly believe that when I give my customers great service, I should in return get great service when when I'm not behind the counter.

I have to say Princess Nyauza gave me just that, very professional Lady. When you talk about first impression lasts longer, she did that effortlessly so. She's for keeps.
