First class service from Home Connect's call center agent

Although I decided to use a different fibre provider, the service I received from Blyne, the call center agent, was first class. He took the trouble to phone me & talk me through & explain the contract. All my many questions were answered to my satisfaction. He was friendly, efficient and helpful.
