Fibre/internet connection

I have been having internet connection issues for the passed 6 days, no ETA. They don’t care, no one is putting an effort to get the issues resolved, the support to is always giving you stories and blaming it on Fibre Suburbs. I personally don't recommend Home-Connect to anyone, their lack of commitment in assisting their clients ridiculous.
