I called Maxime Makwonie yesterday at closing time and she was of great assistance to me. She went the extra mile instead of going off duty. She didnt even rush, she took her time and was patient with me. She was extremely professional and knew her stuff. She spoke in a very warm and polite manner. She deserves recognition. She is truly amazing. Thanks for the wonderful service. I would definitely refer family and friends who may be interested in the Home Connect fibre to call your offices and specifically ask for Maxine as she is extremely professional and knows her product and has wonderful communication skills as well as she speaks with lots of respect to a customer.
