Installation was a huge issue from the day I paid it took about a mnth before the internet actually worked. Now that it's working everyday the internet goes off with no good reason I already called this people a million times what's the use the internet is installed paid but it goes out everyday for hours then works and the next day same scenario. So tired of my family asking why is the internet off again. I need this internet to work as I work from home this is ridiculous
