I was forced to move out of my apartment block due to complications I could not avoid, Home connect told me I had to pay for several things to move my line that would ultimately cause havoc in my life, I got on the line with a man named Lynthis who took the time to listen to me and he said he could call me back in a few days, I thought for sure I wasn't going to hear anything back, he called me back as he said he would and kept a line open on email if I needed him, he made it much easier for me to pay it all and move my line over in a timely fashion with Home-Connect AND Frogfoot, he also assured the fact that I would stay with home-connect for as long as I possibly can as a customer. I love the help received by him and appreciate it as a customer I have never felt so valued. Thank you!
