I am likely to recommend them, however i believe they can do better. Their communication is bad. After i wrote to you i received a message from them saying i should expect a call, i didn't hear anything from them, yesterday i received an invoice with the balance of R649(which is what i am supposed to pay), so i am not sure if that means the matter has been resolved or we will still experience the same issues as previously. The network works very good i have no issues there , that i am happy with, i believe they can improve on their accounts department's service and communication. I hope all has been sorted.
