<p>ordered my router via vumatel website. router was delivered in under 48hrs.</p> <p>A week later I had a minor issue which I thought was a major one, which was more a user issue as i am technologically challenged. </p> <p>reported this on the home connect website.</p> <p>in an under an hour, a very helpfulful gentlemen Thabiso Zulu tried to contact me but i was unavailable.</p> <p>i then contacted him and without waiting on hold and in under a minute he resolved my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>its quite refreshing to receive such good service from any service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Thabiso and Home Connect.</p>
