It has been 2 weeks struggling to get my speed on the fibre working. I signed up for a 200mb/200mb line. The max I am getting is 35mb. I have spoken to 10 different people, and the same story, Send us a speed test!!!!!!!!! I am paying YOU for a product. And still not getting it. Never had it!!! sending mails wont fix the nonsens. The only conclusion I have is that you are based in a garage or pop-up home office.
