I app**** for a Wifi with free installation in October 2021. I was told to pay an amount of R380 with an easy pay money at an outlet. I then waited for about a month for an installation to be done. I then requested a refund as the services were not rendered. I have been in contact with Home-Connect since 2021 trying to get my refund but all in vain. I have been promised that my funds will be refunded in 6 weeks whenever I speak to their consultants. I have lost count on the number of calls I have made and the promises I have received from Home-connect regarding the refund. I need my money back and i wont rest until i get my money back.
