Extremely Poor Service Delivery

Its been months since the damaging tornado in the Randfontein area in November 2024 that I have been fighting an ongoing battle. Every month Im being charged re-installation fee but work or maintenance has been done on my line. Last month my line got suspended, this month they threatening to suspend the line again if I dont pay an amount iof over R2300. Their service is extremely poor, would not recommend Hone-Connect as a trusted service provider!
