Experienced connectivityissues and called Home-Connect. Was kindly assisted by Gladness and she was very efficient and ao friendly. She established the fault and instead of keeping me on hold she said she will do the necessary on her side and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called back and I was reconnected. She was truly a pleasure to speak to and extremely competent and helpful.
