I had a very bad experience with Vuma installers and when I contacted Home Connect to inquire about their process to cancel my subscription and have my payment reimbursed, I was contacted by Sthembiso and I am short of amazed for his exceptional and efficient service. After I explained what happened with the installers and he advised that he will resolve my complaint, it did not take long after that call that I received the call from Vuma confirming the date of installation. Sthembiso kept me updated each and every step, provided me with expectations on the next steps and timelines. I am happy to say he is definitely a great asset as he managed to calm me, resolve my issue and in the end retain a customer and I am happy now that I am with Home-Connect.
