Exceptional Customer Service from Mark at Home-Connect Design Quarter.

While we are quick to criticize and find fault we don't always give credit when and where it's well deserved. We had an on-going accounts query with Home-Connect when we terminated and transferred our service from one address to another. In desperation I went to their offices in Design Quarter in Sandton and received the most professional, friendly and competent service I have ever received from a Service Provider. Mark, the Staff member who assisted me went out of his way to explain how the process works, what needed to be done, and he followed up every promised call until the issue was resolved.
