Excellent support and good speeds!

I must say that I am impressed with Home-connect (so far). My original ISP sold their Vumatel clients (which I am a part of) to Home-connect due to financing issues. I was skeptical at first, since it wasn't exactly my choice to switch, but I have no real complaints with Home-connect.

They actually have superb service. I was assisted throughout the migration with all my requests and I had a support representative, Mpho, taking care of me personally. She would call me to answer any questions I had and sent the requests she couldn't answer upstream to the relevant people, only to get back to me very shortly afterwards.

This personal-touch level of care gives me high hopes for my future relationship with Home-connect.

The speed has also been top-notch after the switch. I have my full line speed. (50/50Mbps).
