Excellent Service from Robyn Cammell

I was having problems with my previous Fibre provider and decided to move as I didn't have WiFi for 3 days! I got Home-Connects details on google and even though I got a few quotes from other providers, I decided to stick with Home-Connect and it's all thanks to Robyn Cammell as she was honestly so amazing... The service I received from her was top class!! I was irritated because I had no WiFi and am working from home and she, in her sweet way, calmed me down and probably didn't even know it! She helped me get our Fibre connection sorted in less than a day! When we were on the phone together, my signal cut off and the call dropped. Before I could call her back, she had already called me! She sent me the Portal Registration via email... I did the application online yesterday afternoon and am already all set up using my WiFi! It was so simple and easy to do!! THANK YOU for everything Robyn!!! Vumatel and the technical department at Home-Connect were also excellent and efficient in helping me switch over and getting all sorted! Thank you!
