Excellent service from a Staff member in Escalations

I logged a complaint some months ago and had no solutions offered. Then Mfundo from Home-Connect contacted me when I escalated the issue. He has literally restored our faith in the Company. He explained everything he was doing, gave us regular feedback and did a follow up call. This is the kind of service I would undoubtably recommend.
