Excellent service from a Home-Connect employee George

After spending many days trying to solve a problem with a VOP phone which would receive calls but would not make outgoing calls after a number of communications with various people at Home-Connect I was getting nowhere until George in Home-Connect contacts me .From frustration to excellent Service George came through and resolved my problem .He was polite, patient (needed some Computer activity from a relative novice) and we were able to get the phone to work
