Excellent service

I have been trying to resolve a problem with our internet service and was fortunate to get through to Sthembiso Bovana who very quickly identified and rectified the problem. It was very easy for me to follow him (my hearing is very poor). He was patient, went the extra mile to ensure the service was properly resumed and gave me sound advice about enhancing our internet experience.
