Excellent Service - Christinah Chuma

Thank you to Christinah Chuma at Home Connect for excellent customer service, helpful & friendly personality and she followed up until my wifi was back up and connecting.

I called yesterday afternoon and the gentleman that answered logged a call for the technical department to call me back, which never happened which was disappointing.

So to try again this morning and get through to Christinah that was willing to assist was a much better experience.
