EXCELLENT SERVICE

This morning just after 8, I app**** on line to Home connect for Fibre from Octotel. About half an hour later I phoned them as I had a small query, the phone was answered almost immediately, and I was put through to the correct department. While I was talking to them they told me that they where busy with my application. Call was all of 10 minutes, and to my surprise at 9:50 Octotel phoned me to confirm a time to come and install the fibre connections this Friday. Only 4 Days after applying for fibre. Normally it takes 2 to 4 weeks
