I received excellent service from Lerato Mogano. She took the time to listen to my concern, took ownership and then guided me to a satisfactory solution. I always received good service from HomeConnect but it is employees like Lerato that must get credit for being excellent ambassadors and for making sure customers remain loyal to the brand.
