Excellent Service

I have been dealing with Home-Connect on numerous occasions over the years, both, as a liaison on behalf of friends and family, and as a customer myself.

Initially, my choice to switch over from my previous service provider to Home-Connect was based purely on better value-for-money. I have since learned that their customer service is in fact their greatest value.

Their team (both customer service and technical) have always provided exceptional service not only to me, but all my referrals have also expressed the same level of service. I have become accustomed to receiving constant feedback and status updates from them, which is a characteristic I rarely experience nowadays.

For example: I experienced long-running issues that was not actually Home-Connect's responsiblity. Over 3 months I struggled with the responsible party but I could not get any assistance whatsoever. During that time, numerous Home-Connect staff assisted me with troubleshooting tasks, provided me with interim work-around solutions and addressed the matter on my behalf. The result is that Home-Connect managed the issue on my behalf and ensured that proper resolution was achieved even though the fault lay with a different party.
