Excellent service

I'm glad I went with Home-Connect. The staff support has been superior. After getting off to a rocky start with another ISP, I decided to opt for Home-Connect. I encountered a few problems with Vumatel and Home-Connect's Operation's Project Coordinator, Selina Mathibela, stepped in to assist. She didn't waste time facilitating the installation process. Everything from her side was swift and without hassles, and she was always on hand to assist, with response times that were admirable. Once the installation was complete, she also expedited the delivery of the router which I received on the same day of dispatch.
