I just spoke to Nomthandazo and her service is excellent she was patient and made me understand exactly what was going on and call dropped she immediately got back to me.... First time ever for me in a call centre to get call back even when promised one.. Excellent job cc you are also very polite it was such an honour to be assisted by someone like you.. Hope your superiors realise the kind of gem they have
