My Router wasn't delivered on the day that I wss promised it would, I then requested an escallation which happened to ne to Ops Manager Lynthis, His intelligence in handling my emotions was at its highest, I wasn't going to let this one go but his merticulous and excellent brought back to earth. Needless to say that I eventually got my router, I am happy client.
