Excellent customer service!

Home connect recently had an outage at one of the Balwin sites it caters to, I called their support and the service I received was exceptional. Although the problem wasn't resolved immediately, the support agent (George) contacted me personally to keep me updated on the matter, showed empathy and was very friendly. The connection was also restored within a short space of time. A big thumbs up for excellent customer service!
