Excellent client service (technician: Dembe)

Had an internet connection issue this morning that I couldn't resolve. Sent a mail to home connect and followed up with a call at 7:30am. Dembe stayed on the line with me and called me back for a further 40 minute discussion. Assisted remotely by ensuring my internet was back up and running in no time.
