Even though my internet is down, one thing I can't fault is the exceptional customer service I have experienced. Always keeping me updated and good at assisting. Compared to my previous ISP, I must say I am happy with the support and communication I am getting. I understand some things aren't within their control but I am happy with their attitude in tacking my issues.
