Now customer service at its best. Made sure I was sorted even called back was polite. Good communication. Truthful my man Edmund Mohlate.... really helped us even if it was a public holiday he helped. My internet was down 2 days and he got it sorted in few hours.... I to work in a Call centre and even my service is not as good as his. Future leader this guy....599323 is my ticket number.
