EASY TO TAKE MONEY.... YEARS TO REFUND

I had a really good time with Home Connect until I cancelled the product. They deducted R770 from my account for the ROUTER... To my confusion as I indicated on my application that I had a router at my home and there is no need for Home Connect to send me one. 2 weeks later and I have not been refunded yet. Same old story refunds only happen on Thursday and my application status is still open???? It is easy check on my application, obvious there was no router provide to me, so refund the client, Nooo that is not a easy process for Home Connect.
