Easy, smooth and without any hassle. Second time I have used home connect as my ISP of choice. In JHB and Western Cape. Between the fiber provider (Octotel) and Home connect, they got my service up and running from initial application on home connect's website, to the fiber provider octotel coming to install at the premises and receiving the router - all within 4-5 days.
