Double debits
I'm extremely disappointed with you guys service.. I was debited twice on the 1st of July. I did contact you company. I WAS TOLD THIS WILL BE RESOLVED IN 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS.. I RECEIVED AND EMAIL ON THE 7TH JULY. STATING THEY COULD NOT FIND THE DEBITS.. WHY WAS THIS NOT ESCALATED SOONER??? I SENT THE PROOF OF DEBIT AND NOW IM TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 14 WORKING DAYS. ??? SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT WITH YOU COMPANY. FOR 4 YEARS NOW.. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED
