Double Charge for Changing Residence - Makes No Sense

Honestly hate this company. Just so everyone is aware, when you CHANGE RESIDENCES and move your line to a new residence you will still be billed an entire month for your OLD residence line, as well as for your new line - WOW! how that makes any sense, god only knows.
