DON'T USE THEM ... USELESS

We have app**** for fibre installation through Home-Connect on the 9th of February. Been following up with them on the 21st of February with Rea, no feedback. Spoke to Phumla on the 1st of March regarding follow up and feedback, no feedback up to date. Spoke to Nikita on 9th of March. Promised to follow up during the day and come back to us ... no feedback. 11th of March, spoke to Kitso ... promised to speak to Vumatel and get back to us during the day ... not feedback up to now. Almost 5 weeks with not one call from Vumatel or Home-Connect regarding an installation application done on the 9th of March. Worst people to deal with. Have no customer service to speak off.
