DONT USE HOME CONNECT AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER

-10. DONT USE Home Connect as a service provided. Home Connect are not an ethical company. They upped my package without my consent and refuse to refund my months of money. They said they emailed me notifying of the increase. FINE but where is the email telling me they have increased my package. After numerous emails and calls, I received T&C’s, I got an email from them stating it is difficult to read, the T&C’s state they are entitled to a yearly increase but NOT UP MY PACKAGE TO 200/500. I have asked them to please send me that email notifying me of that. I have received nothing. I found out by accident when a Vumatel technician mentioned that the router I have won’t carry that speed. I have emailed and called, and they ignore me. It is THEFT. I have asked to have this matter sent to a manager and NOTHING.
