Don't even consider using Home Connect

This is the worst ISP ever, they don't answer their phones, they don't do what they say they are going to do on time, doing it later on and messing it up. We are still offline and was offline for 18 hours earlier this month. Once we can switch we will, and I will never suggest this ISP.
