Don't bother phoning them
Please don't tell me I was lured into bad service!!!!
To get of these people is impossible. I spent a total of 79 minutes on the phone today, listening to Toto - and that's the only (barely) positive!
You guys really need to pay attention to your incoming calls

05 May 2020, 12:08This is the sad bit - I don't even have a client code. I ordered a new service early March and I am waiting for installation (was originally scheduled for 1 April). All I wanted to do was to phone to confirm a new date. After your pathetic service I contacted another ISP but, because you have or should have raised an order with Frogfoot they can't help me, unless I cancel with you - which I can't because you simply do not answer calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
