Do you know what day it is Home-Connect?!

Flippen pathetic service! After contacting me and selling me an aparent great fiber package, confirming that the estate I live in is fiber ready, getting me to cancel my subscription with a different service provider and a WEEK before aparent installation telling me that the estate, in fact, is not fiber ready. Surrounded by idiots who have no clue what is going on. I will not be recommending Home-Connect to anyone!
