Do not sign up with home connect!!

Never in my whole existence have I come across such an awful experience! Every month it’s a different story. Now this month without warning my debit order has been tripled! Every month I have to ask them what is going on now - then when I complain they are so RUDE!! Thank God it’s been cancelled!!!
