DO NOT EVER USE HOME CONNECT AS YOUR ISP. THEY HAVE THE WORSE SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF SOUTH AFRICA

They have the worst service I've ever experienced in my whole life.

I've been sitting here with no internet since Monday 26th of June and I called this ISP to fix my issue and they said they'll send a technician within 72hrs.

72hrs has passed and internet has not been fixed. I'm losing money and they don't care because at the end of the day their money will be in their accounts where the service has been rendered or not.

Do NOT ever use HOME connect or you will cry real tears

Now there are hijackings in Khayelitsha when there aren't any when it's time for installation. Yiu will pay but not get any service. Even their connection is **** cause it disconnects unprovoked.
