Disservice

I am still awaiting for my installation from home connect and vuma. I am supposed to start a new job and they are delaying. All i get is calls promising to install but it never happens. They don't reply to emails and their lines a re always busy. Worst service ever , do yourself a favor and don't even subscribe with them , you will regret. I have been waiting for a technician to install since from 8am and no one has showed up.
