DISGUSTING SERVICE

I am so DISSAPOINTED with Home Connect, - I WOULDNT RECCOMEND USING THEM.

I've had the worst experience with this ISP. I will be looking into cancelling with them, although I've been with them for over 2 years. I Didn't have internet from the 27th of Jan up until the 18th of Feb.. despite my numerous attempts and airtime wasted trying to call in and use the WhatsApp chat.. for them to keep telling me its an area outage which was a complete fib as when they eventually decided to send a Vumatel technician out it was just a matter remote re-configuration. I then get debited double the amount for "Pro-rata" usage even though I had no connectivity. I have been trying for a week now to fix my account and they are still exoculating up and down internally and no one can give me answers. I think this is absolutely disgusting and if you can see my number of attempts it will shock you..... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND USING HOME CONNECT AT ALL AS AN ISP
